Press Release

De novo bank sees remarkable growth even through crisis

By May O'Mahoney Tue, Jul 01, 2014
Liberty Bay Bank was established in June of 2009 — not an easy task given the economy and regulatory environment at the time.

June 2014

Liberty Bay Bank is expanding their lending team and is pleased to welcome Dave Huck, Vice President & Relationship Manager.  With over 15 years of lending experience his responsibilities will include lending to businesses and maintaining strong relationships with clients.  Dave graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics.  He has been in the Kitsap area since 1999, and is raising his 12 year old twins.  Dave is passionate when it comes to his client’s success and is no stranger to finding creative ways to help them succeed.   In his spare time Dave enjoys hiking, camping and traveling.

Attention Windows XP Users:

Microsoft is ending support for their Windows XP operating system after April 8th, 2014. This means that Microsoft will stop providing any security updates, patches, etc., immediately following this date. If you are currently running Windows XP on any computer or device that you use to access your online banking accounts, and you choose not to upgrade to a newer supported operating system by April 8th, there is a greater risk of being targeted by cyber-attacks and a higher potential for compromise of your online banking account. We strongly encourage you to upgrade your home and business computers before April 8th, 2014.

Additional information is available at:

Please plan accordingly.

Thank you,

The Online Banking Team

Disclaimer: Liberty Bay Bank does not endorse any Microsoft product, however we wanted our customers to be aware of the April 8th deadline.
