Tony Icasiano, SVP and Chief Financial Officer

Tony Icasiano has over 25 years of experience in financial institutions. He began his banking career in 1979 with Rainier Bank in Seattle, which later became Security Pacific Bank NW. He was Controller for its subsidiary, Security Pacific Savings Bank in Tacoma, WA. Tony later became Vice President and Controller for First Mutual Bank in Bellevue, WA. He left banking for a short time to join Microsoft Corporation as Senior Accounting Manager in charge of its Worldwide GAAP Department. He returned to banking in 2006 as a Founding Executive of Mountain Pacific Bank, a new commercial bank in Everett, WA where he served as Executive Vice President & Chief financial Officer. Tony graduated from the University of Washington in 1977 with a BA in Accounting and from the University of Puget Sound with an MBA in Finance in 1984. He held WA State CPA certification between 1987 and 1999. Tony is an active promoter of the University of Washington Jazz Studies program. He serves as financial adviser for Tables and Chair Music (T&C), a UW student-formed organization that strives to provide performance venues for students coming out of the program and low-cost platforms to record and market their musical works. T&C’s objective is to provide talented musicians a reason to stay local and create a vibrant local jazz community.
